Girls Coaching Team

Malton & Norton Rugby Club has attained the Rugby Football Union "Seal of Approval" for Club Management, demonstrating adherence to all RFU guidelines.

All our Junior Coaches have attained, or are working towards the Rugby Football Union Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Rugby Union. The Club is working with the Coaches and the East Yorkshire RFU in aiming to achieve the Level 2 Certificate. Level 1 Units cover "An Introduction to Safe and Ethical Rugby Union", "Plan Rugby Union Coaching Sessions", and "Conduct Rugby Union Coaching Sessions".

Junior Coaches have also attended Training Courses for Ethics and Equity, Child Protection, First Aid, Referee Development. Several other Volunteers assist the Caoches in Team Management and in qualified First Aid provision at matches.

Our Junior Coaches and Volunteers have Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance to coach children.
